I am really sorry... but this is getting really old, that I can be working in Therabill and putting in information, thinking that maybe Iam put something in wrong and that is why the program is not responding. To find out that I have been logged out..... this has been going on for over 2 months. I would think by now that you would of found a solution to this problem. I am so frustrated that I can't type straight. It concerns me that you are changing clearing houses..... can Therabill handle this change? Sorry to be so negative, but Therabill in the two years I have been working on it gives me no confidence in new changes, when they can't get a handle on the day to day operation.

My feelings exactly. I have had the same problem and I can see that so many others have had the same problem and Therabill has never addressed it. I had a deposit that had 52 lines and I had to re-enter it all. Frustrating that they don't seem to care.
