The new feature you have added to Therabill needs to also have a way of creating a report to show excluded patients that have been placed on the excluded from batch statements list.  It is necessary to have the list to run monthly so that it can be reviewed and adjusted if necessary. Otherwise those individuals would be lost forever in the system.
