WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We should be able to post a payment/check that includes a recoupment in one transaction.  If I receive a payment that includes multiple entries and multiple patients, but it also includes a recoupment, I have to enter each transaction separately.  To me, this creates more work than needed and doesn't feel like a clean entry.  I have worked with TotalMD specifically and we are able to make it as one entry, even with a recoupment.  (Not sure if you can look at that program to get an idea of how it works).  Thank you!
