Many insurance companies issue different quantities of visits for specific CPT codes under one authorization number but currently Therabill only allows 1 code to be selected per claim so if there are more than one CPT codes being billed that is under an auth only one will count down through Auth Watch and you have to manually go back into the chart once the claim is billed to deduct a visit from any other CPT codes billed on that claim, which leaves many chances for error on counts etc so if Therabill would allow us to select all CPT codes under an auth # that are being billed on 1 claim that would be more efficient.
