It would be much easier to interpret a patient's account if the primary and secondary payments were separated.  As it is now. when you look at a patient's statement there is no way of telling whether both insurances have paid.  They show as one combined payment. Therefore, it is easy to overlook which line items the secondary payer has not paid.
