Ability to flag client prior to making an appointment w/ note to show why (insurance needed/violation of policies)

We are often scheduling people who have multiple no shows or don't have updated insurance information but unless we actually go into the post-it notes to see that there is an issue it goes without noticing as you can schedule and their name autofills
