Show if there is a second/third payor on the payment entry

I have to keep a list of secondary/tertiary insurances in order to know if I need to select "resubmit". It would be helpful to show that the current payor is 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 or 1 of 3, etc. Something along those lines... or a list of the payors shown.
