Transfer patient middle initial and 1 visit date from WebPT to Therabill

As it currently stands, I (as biller) have to open every single claim, every time, and enter the patient's middle initial and date of first visit into Therabill. It does not come over from WebPT. Once entered into Therabill, the visit date stays in Therabill but rarely the middle initial. It is a HUGE time waster for me to have to do this with every electronic claim. Please FIX this. This should NOT be happening. Ever.
