WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Denials recently with the denial code 4 is a mistake at the insurance company level.  The claims will be automatically reprocessed.  The rep told me starting July 2019 all claims must have the G code modifiers attached (GP for physical Therapy) etc.  A communication will come from UHC to confirm this change.
