Our clinic has used the pay stub feature since we started with Therabill 6.5 years ago and have just recently run into the issue of this being a deprecated feature. Something within the feature malfunctioned and support made us aware that therabill has no intention of fixing it because it is deprecated which is extremely distressing to us and all of our employees.

The following are the most important features that cannot be replicated in a report anywhere in Therabill:

- session gets marked as "having been paid to the provider"

- Once a session is marked as having been included on a pay stub, it will no longer be available for future pay stubs.

- paystubs allowed for sessions with previously paid unapplied balances that were applied to session in a future month to be included in the paystub instead of using only the "post date" which on previously unapplied balances has to be manually edited to the current month to include them on the payment velocity report.
