We are kicked out of Therabill everyday between 4:30-5:00 pm. This has been going on for at least 6 months. This should be given some kind of priority as we lose data every single day when your system kicks us out and we are in the middle of some kind of data entry.
We have identified the root cause of this within the system and have addressed the scenario that was causing the problem. If you continue to have this issue, please contact support so we can further investigate.

This happens to me as well and no on listens. I log into Therabill and WebPT seperately. I don't use the billing tab. I was told to use Chrome for one and Firefox for the other and that minimizes the issue.
