Fix time out

The timing out on computer is becoming very costly for me. Half the time you don't realize that Therabill is not saving the work you just did and then it takes time to go back and figure out what was saved and what was not.

    Happens too many times.  Once right in the middle of a 52 line payment which had to be re-entered.  This has been going on for months.
