Add option to see only certain "entered in schedule" dates during insurance invoicing

We can set it up to see only certain dates of service but seeing only entered in schedule dates would be more useful to us as we don't want to bill any current or newly finalized notes so we need to be able to just see the notes finalized "entered in schedule" during a certain date.
