Thank you for contacting Therabill. After further review/understanding, you are correct. When a client batch statement is created, it will not list the individual patients name in the greeting of the email that they receive, but it will if you do an individual statement for those patients.

The greeting says "Hi , " with an awkward space where the patient's name would have been if sending individually. Not ideal.
