Fix how Aetna ERAs are posted as secondary payer for Medicare

I'm not a programmer so I cannot tell you how to change it. At present Aetna is paying the secondary amount but the amount paid by Medicare is being posted on the ERA in Therabill. If it works correctly it will save a lot of manual work for the administrator.
