Create a place to invoice and collect payment for medical records requests

We frequently receive requests for medical records which there is a fee schedule that is established by state. We would find it beneficial to be able to invoice and apply payments from third parties for things other than medical expenses such as medical records, and postage fees.

This would be helpfull and again less time for us that have to write a letter with al lthe cpt codes Dx, etc.
