All your other billing statements and ledgers get automatically saved to "Filing".  For some reason your co-payment statements do not.  This is a problem when I want a copayment statement saved so that the client can see it on their patient portal.  I could email the statement separately - but that defeats having all the info in one place for the patient, and it makes extra work for me when completing billing for many patients.
