Default Line Note for CPT codes

It would be nice to set up a default line note for certain CPT codes

    I completely agree that this should be a feature within Therabill. It is one more thing that we have to remember to do if we need a description to print on a claim form. Having the option to set up a default would definitely assist in becoming more efficient.
