I just spoke with the TheraBill support team regarding this issue, it was recommended that I submit this request via the "Idea Portal".  Without getting too far into the weeds on this, I would like to see if it's possible to add additional characters to the Patient Identifier field in the Demographics section. We typically use the identifier as the reference point for our patients in an effort to maintain HIPAA compliance. That said, our patient base is now well into the 5 digit range, and we are having issues with duplicate identifiers.  The support team suggested that we try using the Client Class field, but this just isn't feasible for us, as the function has not been utilized previously and there isn't a way for us to retroactively populate the field for >10,000 records.  I imagine that many of your clients who have exceeded the four character threshold are in the same position.
