Changing the format of insurance address on claim forms

Hello!

We print out claims for some insurances and have a hard time fitting the insurance address into the window of an envelop. The insurance address starts on the top middle of the claim form. It should be pushed over to the right. Is there a way for you to change the format on that portion of the claim? We use the standard CMS-1500 envelopes - 4 1/2 x 9 1/2. The only way to change it is manually pushing each line over to the right for every claim.
