Break down the balance in the account by patient and insurance balance

Under the reports tab in a patient's account add another column for patient balance and insurance balance then total balance that way when a patient asks what their balance is its easy to just pull up their account and see it. Also show what unassigned payments a patient has as well in their account . Right now we have to pull and patient statement just to see their balance. It be much easier for everything to be in one spot. This is a major flaw all over Therabill with a lot of things your having to do a lot of back and forth to solve one problem.
