Create a way to be able to start a document (ie. Plan of Care, Discharge Summary) without attaching to a scheduled session.

I would like the ability to create documentation without attaching it to a session, like Plans of Care, progress summaries, discharge summaries, so as to not delay finalizing sessions. In other EMR programs you can create a "Care Report" and not have it be attached to a scheduled session.
