when posting payments from ERAs it doesn't

when posting payments from ERAs it doesn't give me all insurance options for the "billed to" drop down menu

This may just be a glitch in the system, but the only thing available in the drop down menu for "billed to" is Medicare. I would like to be able to type in that space or at least have a list of all my insurance companies to choose from
