On the patient statement: In the area where they fill in the credit card payment information and return it with payment. It does not ask for all the required information. I need a place for the security code and the credit card billing address.

This information is required in order to process a manual credit card payment. At this point I am having to call the patient to ask for this if they have indicated they want to pay with a credit. This is time consuming and inconvenient for both me and the patient. It really voids the convenience of allowing the patient to pay with credit card. Many times don't answer the phone so I end up having to send another statement which adds to my billing costs. We just need another line added to that box that ask for the 3 or 4 digit security code and the credit card billing zip code. Thanks!
