Unapplied Money

Reports for month end show total payments received. But when you run the report by office and add up each office of money received it does not total the All clinics total money received report.  It seems once you separate the money by clinic/office it removes all the unapplied money that came in that is sitting to be applied once insurance pays the claims.  We need accurate monthly reports that show us the exact total of money collected each month by office. They should match up to the total of all clinics.
