We recently switched from using Advanced MD to Therabill, but are running into problems now not being able to modify the types of payments that flow over and automatically apply to outstanding amounts. We use WebPT patient profiles to track all patient payments, like supplies and other out of pocket expenses not directly related to treatment or insurance payments. When we integrated with Advanced MD it let us choose which payment categories flowed over so these other payments wouldn't mess up or get confused with insurance or copay/balance payments. Having this feature again for Therabill would be tremendously helpful since we need to continue to track these other payments in WebPT, and also need it to not interfere with Therabill and easily assigning payments correctly. This seems like it would be an easy option to integrate since it was an option when syncing with another billing software. Thanks!
