Split case charges/payments

FOR ACCOUNTING PURPOSES!!!  Attorneys and patients want a breakdown of certain cases - total charges/ins payments.  However, Therabill, currently just puts in all in the same "bowl" - this is not right, it makes a great deal of work for us to figure out which dos goes with each dx/case.
