Each document should have an option to default to a chosen CLASS instead of having to edit the session.  If the therapist chooses an Eval at the time he is documenting the CLASS should auto populate, likewise, if he chooses to DC, the CLASS would auto populate to DC, NO SHOW or CANCELLATIONS, etc.
