If a patient's account has a credit, we should be able to refund them they're money. Helps both provider and client. "writing them a check" is not a good option when we have the CC info. Why not just allow us to refund the CC on file to speed up the process for everyone involved. Right now, you can complete a refund through Noveras site but that capability should be integrated into Therabills system.
