Get an alert when visit count is less than

Get an alert when visit count is less than 10 to email or at least to the top of the dashboard.

SQL query, Authorization visits, remaining if less than 10, email provider, put red alert on side of dashboard. All insurances are going to visit limit per year with their authorizations for OT/PT/ST. The current way, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the list is not effective when it's already expired. I am creating spreadsheets or setting up email reminders that I can't keep up with. Please help us!

putting that visit count on the top of the soap 2.0 dashboard would be helpful!!
