Fix logout issue

Every single day i am forced to log in multiple times from 2pm on.  I can log on, start working again and 2 minutes later get logged out.  No inactivity needed. It is disruptive and time consuming.  When will this get resolved???  It's been almost a year since it started, if not longer.
