Customize appointment reminder

We love the feature but it is a standard message. Could there be a way we could customize the appointment reminder so we can add a reply option with Y or N to confirm the appointment? If we can get the confirmation via our email we can control our cancellations

    I would not use this. When an appointment is made, it should not have to be confirmed again the day before the appointment. And getting a confirmation would fill up my already large email Inbox, forcing me to be responsible for monitoring appt confirmations or cancellations. The patient should be responsible enough to cancel on their own by phone or email reply.
