It would be VERY Helpful if a colum was added the Patient Balance AR Report which would tell me the date of the last payment that pt. has made. It's very difficult to figure out who to send to collections unless I literally go into each account which is way too time consuming. If I can look at report and see at a glance pt. has a balance in the 119+ column then see in another column they haven't made a payment in 6 months. I would know from there to send to Collections.

This would greatly benefit whomever is responsible for sending accounts to collection.  Knowing I have to go into each account individually from the report and search to see when their last payment was made is delaying the process tremendously.    I wait till I have time to do that which then keeps getting put off being busy with other more pressing issues.  Thus also making our AR Reports inaccurate and longer than need be.
