Changes to the Client Statements

A client recently brought to my attention that when we send our monthly client statements, that when they cut off the portion to remit with their payment, there is no longer any identifying information as to where they sent the payment or who it is from. This particular statement just barely ran onto a second page, so the "All fees payable to..." was on a second page without any other information on it. It would be beneficial for there to be a more notable place on the lower portion of the statement that indicates the business name. Possibly adding "Business Name" above the line "Account Balance Statement" would be an option? I also feel the option to add our business logo to the statements would help people identify our brand and who the statement is from. This has been helpful having our logo on the web PT notes, so maybe the statements could match somehow?

On the portion to remit with payment, it would be helpful for the information in the upper right corner to be larger. This includes the invoice date, invoice number, balance and would also be nice to have a due date on that portion as well.
