The Productivity Recognition Visual is a congratulatory visual that would pop up temporarily on everyone's screen when a team member has met productivity for the week. So basically, the admin would set a productivity quota (units billed) for each therapist, when the therapist is first set up in the system.  All confirmed billable sessions will be tracked by the system for the entire week.  On Monday of the following week, the therapist(s) will be recognized with a "congrats visual" (confetti, floating/popping balloons etc) the next time team members sign into their account. 

Why this is needed: In the therapy field, PRODUCTIVITY is very important, and most clinics have productivity standards. The Recognition Visual will help boost team member's motivation as high-performers are recognized in front of the entire team, on the TB screen, on a weekly basis. 

I feel other agencies would love this because it provides a system for recognizing employees who met concrete quotas on a consistent basis, without getting the manager involved. Managers can spend more time providing more positive and constructive feedback about clinical service delivery instead of productivity numbers. 

This will be guaranteed HIT with business owners, and a sure way for TB to elevate above the competition.
