This would be helpful in order to make previous diagnoses inactive or "archive" them BUT not have them deleted from finalized notes pervious to a change in  diagnosis. Having them available as an "archived" diagnosis would also help with patient history. I noted that when changing a diagnosis it takes it away from a past session. The billing has gone through but on the note itself the DX that was billed at the time is now gone. Changes happen, diagnoses change/become more clear BUT at the time of treatment that past dx was the focus of treatment.
