Many time insurance company ask daily note, referral letter and some other details to approve the claim and if they dont find, rejects the claims. we have to send them manually. It wil increse work load and delay the claim processing. It's part of billing which insurance company asks and without that they dont entertain the claim. we dont know some time what detail they will ask. when denile comes we have to send the claim again and in Therabill we can't attach any files. If we give thought and working on it to update the software, will be very useful. I know it can't be done in a day, but our software experts if feel, may give thought to work on it if possible.
