Show Post-It Notes on the Insurance Invoicing Screen

Sometimes we use post-it notes as reminders of unusual situations, which sometimes includes billing instructions. It would be great if they were visible from the Insurance Invoicing Screen. It would save time and be much more convenient that having to go into the patient's screen to view them.

YES PLEASE! This would be super helpful instead of clicking back and forth on the pencil to see what alerts we have posted for ourselves
