Our clients are not replying to our emails now since they are overwhelmed with work and e-learning emails. We would like to text our clients to schedule teletherapy appointments, WITHOUT putting them on the schedule until they schedule their session.

IS this an upcoming feature or an existing feature that I cannot figure out?
