WebPT Ideas and Discovery

I submitted a request a while back about being able to send claims to the insurance area without making a zero payment. I see that there is now a button for that! Unfortunately, it is unavailable to us because all our clients have zero balances. They pay us and then we file a claim for them to be reimbursed by their insurance companies. Can you make it available for zero balance clients?? Also, if we could go into the client's schedule and click several dates of service to send back to the insurance area at once that would be even more helpful!
