A way to show all adjustments on each CPT code, in a way that can be categorized by Patient and Insurance plan. The goal is to see what adjustments we had during a period of time and what the reason behind each is. Using the Remark or Reason Code that shows on the ERA would also be helpful to navigate this report in an easier way.
