There is no way to add a Payment class to all service lines at once. To remove an account balance as uncollectible and remove it from aging, you have to select the appropriate class from Class dropdown for each service line. This is a huge task. So the aging shows many balances that no longer need to be there, creating the extra work of going through case to figure out which balances are collectible and which are not.
