WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It happens many time that we submit the claim to one insurance, who need to apply single CPT code. Due to some reason this claim needs to go to other insurance and denial of payment received with the reason to submit claim to different payer. Then on WebPT EMR we have to add addendum to includ all CPT code for re submission. That addendum is not flowing in TheraBill and all CPT, diagnostic Codes are to be entered menually for each code and each DOS which is prety much work and chances of mistakes are also more with menual entry. Addendum should flow in TheraBill when WebPT is platform for data entry as both the software are from same mother company. Try to ge tupdate on this so that menual labor and chances of mistake reduced.
