Make it easier for patients to be able to fill out new patient paperwork online during COVID situation

we are mandated to do sessions by telephone because of the COVID situation, and are finding it hard to upload new paperwork every time a client wants to fill it out online. couldn't you make it easier for us and patients to fill out paperwork without coming to the office during this time? please? Thank you!
