WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It would be nice for our front desk to be able to "look" only at a patient's account to see past due balances. They would do no entries into the account but only use it to "read only". Mainly for when a patient calls in to pay a past due balance. It isn't worth $99 a month to have a full account for which they would do no entry. I was told you have a read only account for $20 but it can't be in addition to an active account. I would pay $20/month for a "read only" account in addition to an active $99/month account.
