I spoke with a representative today who had been working with therabill/webpt for 2 years and he said he has encountered my problem more times then he can count and nothing has been changed to help the situation. My issue was that we had 2 providers with the same first name and we were trying to decrease the amount of provider especially the ones that are no longer at our clinic. Unfortunately, the wrong provider was deleted. However, I called within an hour of the mistake and was told there is no way to retrieve any of the schedule or notes that were done by that provider. There should be an override system that you guys are privy to if and when a mistake happens like this. Obviously, this is a mistake that multiple people have made and it can happen to anyone and this system needs to be more user friendly.
