Search feature in messages. Patient notes on statements

I use the messaging feature nearly everyday. It’s time-consuming running through all of the messages to keep continuity. It would be helpful if I could search by patient or keywords. Kareo has a feature where we can place an individualized note on patient statements. That is very handy!
