Print Patient Receipts with Multiple Dates of Service

When we take payments in WebPT for multiple DOS we have to print more than one receipt from TheraBill. It would help print a receipt of all the payments that day in one. This would help patients know what their payments went towards in one day. Less paper would be less confusing for patients to understand.
