We need to send a client balance statement to the patient with the supervisor's NPI listed and not the rendering provider listed. It currently is listing the assistant as the provider. We are sending the client statement to the patient to submit to the insurance, but the insurance is not paying it because they need the supervisor's NPI to be listed on the claim, not the assistant.
