We are new to Therabill. Old insurances are crossing over even though they are not attached to the current case nor effective.This is super messy and lots of potential for claims to go out with the incorrect insurance. Therabill should be able to integrate the correct insurance with the current case. This was a returning patient (5 years ago). We have always been told not to delete old insurances in Webpt. Hopefully this can be fixed.

We edit the insurance inside therabill, change the effective date, save and "archive" the insurance. We have a client with 12 ins and we do this.....Hope this helps!
